The large tie rod type corrugated compensator is designed to compensate for lateral and angular displacements in piping systems. Composed of pipes, bellows, and large tie rods, it effectively compensates for pipeline displacement while bearing internal pressure thrust to ensure safe pipeline operation.

• Consists of two identical bellows, end tubes, end plates, and tie rods
• Bellows absorb lateral displacement through angular offset
• 4 large tie rods withstand internal pressure thrust and external forces
• Tie rods limit deformation to protect bellows during operation

Widely used in chemical, environmental protection, food cleaning, and water supply/drainage industries. Suitable for transporting various corrosive substances at temperatures from -20°C to 150°C. • Pre-installation inspection: Verify signage, certificate, model, and technical parameters. Check for scratches, foreign objects, and connection port integrity.
• Hoisting and transportation: Use proper fixtures - never use transport tie rods as load-bearing parts. Protect from sun, rain, water, and harmful gases.
• Medium requirements: Chloride ion content ≤25PPM. Prevent welding slag contact with bellows. Install according to flow direction signs with proper support.
